Meet Silver boho jewellery label, Desiderate

Desiderate was one of the first brands to work with us, soon after we launched & we are particularly proud of the images we produced for them.

This award-winning, Australian-owned, online jewellery store, had never had a professional stylised shoot before and was happy to let us take the reins on creative direction. Jaypee and I chose to shoot by the beach with part of the collection and then we trekked up the side of a coastal mountain (jewellery & wardrobe in tow) to reach a clifftop, overlooking the beach below. This is actually one of our favourite Central Coast photoshoot locations. You’ll see the gorgeous red soil backdrop which really made the dress I chose - & jewellery) POP

I absolutely love silver boho jewellery with blue and I had the perfect boho maxi dress hanging in my wardrobe! I’m wearing a Jaase blue floral maxi dress by the water, layered up with all my Desiderate chunky silver bangles I chose the neutral linen button-down dress for a lot of the classic pearl shots and lastly, an old favourite Sabo Skirt outfit, paired with gladiator sandals for the clifftop shots.

All up, this was our longest shoot to date - Jaypee was clicking away for nearly 4 hours with 75 pieces of jewellery on set with us. How did I get changed, I hear you ask?

I always pack a gigantic beach towel but I’d love to hear if anyone knows of something better? Some kind of Portable Changing Closet??? I’m all ears
