Terms & Conditions

I. INTRODUCTION - These terms & conditions were made on the 28th July 2021. 

Please refer to your individual terms and conditions as per your work contract with That Achelles Girl. For general Terms & Conditions of our operating, see below:


II. ACKNOWLEDGMENT - The brand and the content creator acknowledge the terms of their individual Contract and will comply.

III. TERMS - See your individual work contract for detailed terms stating which content package you’ve chosen and what it includes.


IV. PAYMENT FEES - You undertake to pay the nominated amount as either a one-off fee or monthly for an agreed period of time (subscription packages). We also require a one-off fee of $180 to cover brand research and creative planning for all new clients. If you wish to extend the contract (or cancel), conditions apply. Please notify us immediately. 

A late fee of 15% will apply if/when our invoices aren't paid on time. Please see separately attached invoice for payment details. If payment is not made, you do not have permission to use our content and/or you must remove any content you have already used on your profiles. 


CONTRA - From time to time, we may consider taking on contra arrangements.


V. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS. 

  • The content creator should create original content that is decent, honest, and factual.

  • The exact deliverables and cost of your content package are stated in your work contract.

  • The brands’ hashtag will be used when Rebecca posts any of your content to the That Achelles Girl social pages. 

  • If products are loaned, I promise to return the items to you in the same condition I received them, & within 1 week of receiving your approval of the finished content. If there is any damage to items on my receipt, I will photograph and notify you immediately. I will replace the wholesale value price of your item if it is damaged beyond re-sell.

  • I am not liable for any loss or damage to the product in the post.

  • I will not re-shoot products more than once. I ask that you please share imagery inspo with me via a mood board in Pinterest or examples of the past work you would like me to replicate. As to REELS, please send 1 or 2 examples of videos you'd like me to emulate. 

  • The content will be shared to the @ThatAchellesGirl page at her own discretion (at least 1 permanent post and story sharing is required as minimum or otherwise as per your chosen content package states). 

  • The content will be compliant with the terms and conditions of the social media platform being used.

  • The content should not contain any vulgar language and should be suited for everyone/your TM.

VI. COPYRIGHT - The Brand reserves the right to reshare the images/any videos from 'That Achelles Girl' for promotional and advertising purposes, indefinitely. Likewise, Jaypee and Rebecca may re-share any images or videos created as part of our contract for their own promotional use too - indefinitely. 

VII. CONFIDENTIALITY - Your individual work contract is strictly confidential and should not be shared without prior permission.

VIII. AMENDMENT - This contract can only be changed or modified through the written consent of both parties (Brand and Content Creator / Rebecca).
