Statistically, a customer can need up to 7 exposures to your brand before they take action! Which means it’s not realistic to expect an influx of sales & leads from 1 piece of content (unless perhaps you’re working with an influencer charging you thousands). For this reason, think of content creation as an ‘investment’ and ask a creator you know, like and trust to make several pieces of content for you!

There’s two options for VIP Filming days:

Batch-creating Reels Together

Picture this, you’ve hired an Airbnb for the day, you’ve got hundreds of ideas for the content you want to record whilst in this beautiful space & you just need someone to be there with you in-person! Someone to take care of all the actual filming & direction! That’s where I come in.

I’ll arrive with a filming list, I’ll have trending audios saved to a library that we can use (if required), I’ll bring my filming setup (tripods and iPhones) and I’ll direct you over the course of the day on what we’re filming for you. We will have brainstormed together, prior & we will follow a game plan for success so that you leave with a goldmine of content to post afterwards! A few days afterwards, you’ll receive access to a shared drive full of the content.

This is the perfect option for business owners who want to be involved with me & batch-create content that will last you month(s) without having to pay for every piece I create for you

2. Documentary Style filming at an event or function

Say you have an important event coming up; something that you’d love someone to ‘shadow’ you at, to record all the important snippets and behind-the-scenes footage. Did you know that I can come with you?

We’ll call this more ‘documentary-style’ content & it’s perfect for business owners who don’t have an in-house content creator to do this for them. Unlike videographers who use professional cameras and often lighting and sound equipment, content creators like me are able to offer you this service at a fraction of the cost but with competitive quality!

I want you to be able to arrive knowing all you have to worry about is mingling with your guests or networking at the event and simply enjoy being there. As to capturing all the footage for you to use in your business for months (& months) to come, I’ve got your back!

One of the first ever ‘big’ events I ever filmed at was the Online Retailer trade show in Sydney (ICC) where the Brand had a bright, gorgeous booth set up for 3 days. I attended on the last day to cover the trade show and then immediately went to a hotel room, slapped on some makeup and a fancy dress and I was back in ‘content creation mode’ that night for the prestigious ORIA awards night. They (The Brand) were nominated for an award so I knew it was important to capture footage of the bosses reaction IF they won (they did!). While it was a big ‘first’ day (8+ hrs), it set me up for confidence at every other filming day, since.

As I am Central Coast based, there is no travel fee applicable for events held on the central coast. For anything outside this radius, a travel fee will apply and will depend on the location. Sydney, Newcastle & Hunter Valley for example attract a $95 - $120 travel fee.

HOW IT WORKS:

Pre-payment must be made, in full, at least three business days before the event.
Every event is going to be different and that’s why my quoting can change when I receive your event specifics & your exact content requirements
I will arrive on site approximately 15 minutes before start time to unpack, set up, help you with any last minute things!
Depending on the number of hours I am on-site with you and the amount of content you’ve booked me for, will determine the turn-around time to receive the finished content. Of course I can work to deadlines, but otherwise please allow 48-72 hrs. This will be confirmed prior to working together.
Please note, I am not a videographer, I am a Content Creator and I use 2 x iPhones to film and edit. If you require professional cameras/sound/lighting equipment, a videographer might be a better fit for you.
A reel is considered 1 minute 30 seconds maximum. Things that add to a reels complexity (& can therefore cost more) include: recording voiceovers & adding a lot of text.
